49th Annual NJ Clearwater Festival in Asbury Park

NJ Friends of Clearwater thanks you for being in Asbury Park for our 49th Annual Festival

Saturday, August 31, 1-8pm and Sunday September 1, 2024, noon-6pm.

At beautiful Sunset Park, 1305 Main Street, Asbury Park, 07712 (between Sunset & Fifth Avenues). Plus we were expanded over to the Bond Street Park.

Our annual two-day, open-air, music festival was a celebration of the spirit of people working and singing together to protect our environment. We also networked with each other and shared ideas on environmental protection. 

There were many talented performers representing many genres of music.

Craft and green vendors lined the sidewalk on each side over at Sunset park.

Enviro-activists could be found over in the Bond Street Park, sharing their information and ideas and giveaways.

There were also special activities for children of all ages.

Food trucks provided a variety of tasty food along Bond Street.

The winners of the 50/50 were both present at the festival.
Saturday's winner won $65
Sunday's winner won $55 

As always, we held true to our tradition of fun, inspiration, and education, paying honor to the fellowship of song, started by our spiritual founder, Pete Seeger, more than 50 years ago.

We wish to thank Diane Beeny, Ben Forest, Robert McKay, Kathleen Turner, Ginni Kohler, Dale Lakata, John Verdecias (Poppa John), Haya  Zimmerman Gray and Lynn Humphrey for capturing the good times in photos and videos.

We are continuing to raise money for our festival.
